Shorter-Gooden Consulting (SGC) provides consultation, workshops, training, presentations, and speeches that build the capacity of individuals and organizations to live, work, and thrive in our increasingly diverse world. Kumea Shorter-Gooden, Ph.D., Principal of SGC, draws on a wealth of experience as a clinical/community psychologist and former university professor and Chief Diversity Officer.
